In 2020, we created the Ron Andrews Diversity Scholarship (RADS) Program to help advance diversity in the asset management industry. This merit-based scholarship honors retired head of Human Resources for the U.S. Businesses of Prudential Financial, Inc. (PFI), Ron Andrews. The scholarship is available to all eligible students with financial need who have accepted a PGIM summer internships and have a background or experience that is underrepresented in the asset management industry.
Winners will receive a 529 Savings Plan funded at $10,000, a paid internship, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
To be considered for the PGIM Scholarship Program, candidates must “opt-in” when applying for opportunities with the following groups: PGIM Fixed Income, PGIM Investments, PGIM Private Capital, PGIM Real Estate, PGIM Quantitative Solutions and PGIM Operations & Innovation.
