PGIM's relationship with K-Flex started in 2018 to support the Company’s first USPP issuance through our first bilateral transaction followed by other transactions over the last years.

In 2024, PGIM learned about K-Flex’s financial needs and willingness to further strengthen our relationship. Our Milan based deal team set a site visit and worked on finding the right market timing to provide the most competitive terms. L’Isolante K-Flex SpA decided to partner with us again given our i) relationship-oriented approach, ii) attractiveness of USPP’s terms, and iii) speed of the process.

We are very pleased to continue partnering with K-Flex providing Senior Unsecured Notes and look forward to supporting the Company’s growth in the years to come.
