Josh Shipley is the Managing Director and Head of European Private Credit overseeing the Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan, and Paris Global Corporate Finance offices for PGIM’s private credit business, including private placement, infrastructure, mezzanine, and direct lending activity in those regions. He is also a member of the investment committee of PGIM's middle market direct lending platform as well as a committee member for PGIM’s private credit secondaries strategy. Previously, Josh was responsible for originating and overseeing private credit activity in PGIM’s Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK, LatAm, Australia, and New Zealand territories. He joined PGIM in 2001. Joshua received a BA from Illinois Wesleyan University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
