Ashwini Jambekar

Ashwini Jambekar is Head of DC Strategy & Business Enablement for PGIM. In this capacity, she provides the vision, leadership and day-to-day oversight in collaboration with the Executive Team to ensure that the organization can successfully execute its strategic plan and achieve operational excellence. She also works cross-collaboratively with different divisions of the organization and is responsible for driving the product vision and strategy for our new retirement income and advice solutions. Prior to joining PGIM, Ashwini was Vice President of Product Management at Prudential Financial leading a cross-functional team delivering differentiated financial wellness and financial planning solutions. Ashwini also held a number of different roles at Morningstar Inc., including that of Director of Product Management, Workplace Solutions. In this role, she was responsible for driving the development of a comprehensive suite of managed account and advice solutions by productizing investment and retirement research and working closely with clients. Ashwini also worked at Envestnet Retirement Solutions as Vice President of Managed Accounts. Ashwini earned a BE in Instrumentation Engineering from University of Pune, India, an MS in Computer Science from Wright State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
