Dan Malooly

Dan Malooly is the Chief Business Officer of PGIM Fixed Income. In this role, he is responsible for the business management functions of PGIM Fixed Income. Prior to his current role, Mr. Malooly served as the Chief Legal Officer of PGIM Fixed Income. Mr. Malooly joined the Firm's law department in 2004. His practice areas included investment management, securities and private investment funds. Prior to joining the firm, he spent six years as an associate at the law firm of McCarter & English LLP where he focused on securities law, mergers and acquisitions, investment management and corporate law. He received his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
