Diane L. Parker is a Vice President and the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for PGIM Fixed Income. Ms. Parker is responsible for developing and implementing a global DEI strategy specific to PGIM Fixed Income and its employees around the world. She partners with senior leadership to advise the organization on best-in-class DEI practices and engages with PGIM’s Office of DEI and Prudential’s Inclusive Solutions to advance DEI initiatives. Prior to Ms. Parker joining the Firm in 2022, she worked at Meredith Corporation where she served in a senior DEI role. Prior to Meredith Corporation, Ms. Parker spent two decades at the Associated Press where she created global DEI and talent acquisition strategic initiatives. Ms. Parker earned a masters of science degree in human resource management and a BS in communications from Lindenwood University. In addition, she received certification in DEI from Cornell University.
