Gary Stromberg

Gary Stromberg is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Leveraged Finance Research for PGIM Fixed Income. Mr. Stromberg also covers the energy sector. Previously, he was a credit analyst for PGIM Fixed Income's U.S. Leveraged Finance Credit Research team. Prior to joining the Firm in 2016, Mr. Stromberg was a Managing Director and head of U.S. High Yield Research at Barclays for 10 years, where he covered high yield energy. Previously, Mr. Stromberg was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns for 6 years and an associate at JP Morgan for 5 years. Mr. Stromberg was the top-ranked high yield energy analyst according to Institutional Investor for the ten-year period ending in 2016. He received a BA from Rutgers College and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
