James Chae is a Vice President in Client Management for PGIM Fixed Income. Mr. Chae is responsible for providing client service to PGIM Fixed Income’s institutional clients. Prior to joining the Firm in 2020, Mr. Chae spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs & Co. in a variety of roles in both the Securities and Consumer Investment Management Divisions. Most recently he was a senior client relationship manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP(GSAM), servicing institutional clients and financial intermediaries invested in GSAM’s equities, fixed income, multi-asset and alternatives portfolios. Prior to GSAM, Mr. Chae was at Bank of America Securities as an analyst on the fixed income derivatives trading desk. Mr. Chae received a Bachelors in Economics from Rutgers University.
