Jennifer Finnerty

Jennifer Finnerty is a Managing Director and the Operational Risk Officer for PGIM Fixed Income. In this role, she is responsible for executing and monitoring the risk management framework, administering business governance and coordination of the SSAE18 review. In addition to her risk management responsibilities, she oversees PGIM Fixed Income's Vendor Governance, Business Continuation, Records Management, Information Security, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Privacy programs. She serves as the Statutory Auditor for PGIM Fixed Income's Japan business, PGIM Japan Co., Ltd. (PGIM Japan). Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Finnerty held various positions in operational risk management, Internal Audit, Fixed Income Operations and Investment Accounting. Ms. Finnerty started her career with the Firm in 1995 in Investment Accounting. She earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
