Santiago (Jim) Fernandez is a Managing Director and Global Head of Client Management for PGIM Fixed Income. Mr. Fernandez is responsible for leading the team of client service professionals dedicated to supporting PGIM Fixed Income’s institutional and retail clients. Mr. Fernandez is also directly responsible for servicing several of the Firm’s largest relationships. Mr. Fernandez joined the Firm in 1990. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Fernandez held various roles within the Firm’s asset management business. Mr. Fernandez received a BA in English from Rutgers University.
