Sarah McMullen, CFA

Sarah McMullen, CFA, is a Managing Director and Head of EMEA for PGIM Fixed Income. As Head of the European offices, Ms. McMullen has oversight and governance responsibilities with respect to our European offices and sits on the boards of the UK and Netherlands investment management companies. Ms. McMullen is also responsible for the EMEA Client Advisory Group where she is accountable for providing strategic direction and leadership to the institutional sales, consultant relations, marketing, product and client management teams. Prior to becoming Head of the EMEA offices and EMEA Client Advisory she led the UK Client Advisory Team where she was responsible for developing and marketing PGIM Fixed Income’s capabilities to institutional assets owners in the UK and European Consultants. Earlier Ms. McMullen had led the European account management team and initially joined the Firm as a Product Manager in the European CLO team. Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, Ms. McMullen structured credit derivatives at Citi. Ms. McMullen received a BSc with Honors in Physiology from The University of Edinburgh. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
