Umar Manzoor, CFA, is a Vice President in PGIM Fixed Income’s Emerging Markets Corporate Bond Research Team. Mr. Manzoor covers Asian corporate bonds. Prior to joining the Firm in 2019, Mr. Manzoor spent 18 years at Citigroup within the credit field across roles spanning the private bank, investment bank and corporate bank. Most recently, Mr. Manzoor covered global fixed income at the Citi Private Bank as a Director and lead fixed income advisor based out of Singapore, advising Asian high net-worth clients on the full range of global credit sectors across the entire credit spectrum and capital structure. Before this, he was a Director and Credit Sector Specialist on the Asia Credit Trading Desk based in Hong Kong, where he covered Asian credit sectors on the fixed income sell-side for Citi’s institutional Emerging Markets investor base. Previously, he was a credit analyst in the Risk Management Group of Citi’s Corporate Bank in Singapore. Mr. Manzoor graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
