Yogesh Rai

Yogesh Rai is a Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of PGIM Fixed Income. He has advised collective investment trusts and their trustees, investment advisers and broker-dealers. Prior to joining the Firm in 2014, Mr. Rai was in private practice (most recently as counsel in the New York office of an international law firm) and was a senior member of the U.S. legal team at BNP Paribas Investment Partners. He received a BA and BCL from the University of Oxford and an LLM from the University of Warwick.
