Quantitative Solutions Chief Risk Officer
Eoin J. Elliffe, PhD, is a Managing Director and the Chief Risk Officer for PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions (PMA). PMA leverages PGIM’s public and private markets expertise to develop and implement sophisticated asset-liability management and asset allocation strategies for insurance clients and other institutional investors. Before joining PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions, Eoin was Chief Risk Officer at Midwest Holding (a PE-backed insurance and reinsurance entity) where he was responsible for Enterprise Risk Management, Capital Management, Product development and Pricing, and ALM & Hedging. Previously, Eoin was Head of ALM and Hedging at Transamerica Corp and Head of Equity Risk Management at Lincoln Financial. He has also held roles at Man Group and RBC Insurance. Eoin earned a BSc in physics from Dublin City University, a PhD in astrophysics from the University of Glasgow, and an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
