Jason Roach

Jason Roach is COO of PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions, which leverages PGIM’s deep public and private markets expertise for the purpose of developing and implementing sophisticated asset-liability management and asset allocation strategies for insurance clients and other institutional investors.

Before assuming his current role in 2022, Mr. Roach served most recently as a Managing Director at Global Atlantic Financial Group, leading Investment Operations, Reinsurance Transition Operations and Treasury departments across Global Atlantic’s ~$130 billion investment portfolio.  

In 2009, Mr. Roach joined Goldman Sachs Reinsurance Group the predecessor to Global Atlantic prior to its spin out from Goldman Sachs where he held various leadership roles, including the build out of Global Atlantic’s investment and Treasury platforms and infrastructure upon spin-out from Goldman Sachs. 

Mr. Roach previously worked in Bank of America’s equity division in structured products where he developed solutions for Bank of America’s balance sheet in order to facilitate individual and institutional client transactions.

Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Roach worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Mergers and Acquisitions consulting. He earned his bachelors degree, cum laude, from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI.
