Alison Jacobs is a managing director and chief operating officer for the U.S. Debt & Agriculture business at PGIM Real Estate. Based in San Francisco, Alison serves as a strategic advisor to the U.S. Debt Executive Council, helping to develop and implement strategic and financial objectives.
Alison has been with PGIM Real Estate for over 10 years. Most recently, Alison was a member of the Investment Research team, where she helped establish a framework for Investment Research to serve the U.S. Debt & Agriculture business. Prior to that, Alison lead thought leadership efforts for the U.S. Debt & Agriculture business.
Alison has an extensive background in commercial real estate, capital markets, and financial modeling. She has previously held various positions within PGIM Real Estate’s CMBS platform, first as the head of the pricing and economics team and later as the West Coast portfolio manager. Other capital markets capacities in which she has served include the investment management of commercial real estate structured products. Prior to joining the company in 2007, Alison worked at Redwood Trust, where she focused on financing the firm’s assets via structured products. Alison began her career at Fitch Ratings and spent time in its CMBS and Credit Products groups, with a focus on rating new issuance.
Alison received a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
