Institutional Client Group Managing Director, Real Estate and Private Equity
Alistair Kim is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and a member of the Asia Pacific Business Development team serving institutional investors in Korea. Based in Seoul, Alistair is responsible for client relationship management and capital raising for PGIM Real Estate’s global products across real estate, agriculture, and impact, as well as Montana Capital Partners – a PGIM-owned global private equity secondaries manager. Alistair is also a member of Asia Pacific Transactions team responsible for directing PGIM Real Estate’s investment activities in South Korea.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2011, Alistair was with Midas Asset Management, a Korean real estate investment company. Most
recently, he was the head of asset management, involved in both domestic and overseas investment and management. Before Midas, Alistair was an asset manager at Savills and an associate at Lend Lease Group.
Alistair has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Yonsei University in South Korea, a master’s degree in project management from University of Reading in the United Kingdom, and completed the CTES program run by London Business School.
