PGIM Real Estate Executive Director, Agency Financing
Amber Rao is a loan officer with PGIM Real Estate based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, Amber is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to PGIM’s proprietary capital sources, bridge loan capabilities, and equity investments.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Amber was a senior mortgage banker with KeyBank Real Estate Capital in Dallas, Texas, where she primarily focused on capital markets. She also had exposure to debt syndications, institutional portfolio management, and balance sheet lending.
Amber is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is also one of the founding members of the Mortgage Bankers Association MPact Board and recently served a two-year term as Chair of the MBA’s DE&I Council.
Amber has a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University with double majors in Marketing and German and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
