Charlie Hurst is a executive director in PGIM Real Estate’s Agricultural Finance group. Based in Orlando, Charlie is primarily responsible for agribusiness loan origination, deal management and credit underwriting for the Eastern region of the U.S.
Since joining PGIM Real Estate in 2014, Charlie has been a farmland loan originator for the eastern region as well as an agribusiness underwriter for the national agribusiness group. Previously, he was an agricultural analyst at Rabo AgriFinance in Sarasota, Florida, from 2013 to 2014.
Charlie has a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
