PGIM Real Estate Executive Director, Agency Financing
Chuck Meyer is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Dublin, Ohio, Chuck is responsible for direct loan origination throughout the United States. He provides clients with all PGIM Real Estate debt options, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Housing Administration and the company’s Bridge Loan, General Account and Debt Fund programs. His primary focus is on owners of conventional multifamily and student-housing communities. In addition to the client relationships Chuck manages, he is charged with growing and developing GSE production staff and capabilities throughout the Midwest region of the United States.
Prior to joining the company in 2013, he was a senior managing director at Red Capital Group (formerly Banc One Capital Funding Corporation) from 1999 to 2013. There he codirected the loan origination platform for the company, focusing on permanent and interim lending. In addition, he helped build Red Capital’s third-party equity placement capabilities.
Chuck has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration magna cum laude from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Capital University, where he graduated first in his class and with highest distinction. Chuck has served on the Student Housing Council of the Urban Land Institute, where he was also a founding council member and he has also actively participated on various committees at the National Multifamily Housing Council.
