Conor Dempsey is an executive director with Global Debt Solutions at PGIM Real Estate. Based in London, Conor is responsible for developing PGIM’s private real estate debt client business in EMEA.
Conor transitioned to private debt in 2022 from PGIM Fixed Income where he was responsible for building EMEA client relationships in public credit strategies. Prior to joining PGIM in 2013, Conor was managing director of institutional sales for Pinebridge Investments, based in London.
Earlier, Conor held several analyst and client roles at AIG Investments over 15 years, latterly as vice president, institutional sales. Conor began his career in finance in 1992 as a broker at Euro Brokers, Inc., a New York based inter-dealer brokerage, now part of BGC Partners.
Conor received a degree in business studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland, specializing in economics and accounting. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
