Institutional Client Group Head of Asia Pacific Business Development
Eduard Wehry is a managing director and head of Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Business Development at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Hong Kong, Eduard is responsible for managing and developing PGIM Real Estate’s client relationships with Asia Pacific institutional investors in support of our real estate, agriculture and impact capabilities. He is a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee. Eduard also oversees the coordination of the Asia Pacific business development activities between PGIM and Montana Capital Partners – a PGIM-owned global private equity secondaries manager.
Eduard joined PGIM Real Estate in February 2016.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Eduard was the Asia Pacific regional head of Investors Services at CBRE global investors and a member of its Global leadership team.
Prior to this, Eduard was regional head of Institutional Clients at ING Real Estate Investment Management. He began his career in 1995 in Investment Banking and spent 11 years working in corporate finance M&A advisory roles in Amsterdam, London and Hong Kong, with ING Barings, Baring Brothers International and ING Corporate Finance.
Eduard transferred to Hong Kong in April 2000 and has been based in Asia since, gaining broad experience in working in the different markets across the region.
Eduard holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
