Eric Jones is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Arlington, Virginia, he is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to the firm’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Eric was a senior vice president at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, originating a combination of interim and permanent debt with a range of capital sources including Agency, Life Company, CMBS, and balance sheet executions. Before then, Eric held various commercial real estate finance roles at commercial banks including SunTrust, US Bank, and TD Bank.
Eric has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, and has facilitated the origination of $3 billion in new loans throughout his career.
Eric has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and is expected to complete his master's degree in Real Estate from Georgetown in December 2023.
