Ibtissem Sfaxi

Ibtissem Sfaxi is a managing director at PGIM in the Institutional Client Group, and Co-Head of Business Development for PGIM’s real estate platform.

PGIM is the $1.44T global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU). With 1,450+ investment professionals across 42 offices in 19 countries, PGIM serves retail and institutional clients worldwide.

Based in London, Ibtissem co-leads the teams responsible for real estate client coverage, including Business Development and Client Relationship Management, including all public and private real estate funds and strategies globally.

She is a member of the European Executive Council.

Before joining PGIM, Ibtissem was a principal at Hodes Weill & Associates and was responsible for business development in French-speaking Europe and the Middle East.

Previously, Ibtissem was a senior relationship manager and property product specialist at Aberdeen Standard Investments. She joined Aberdeen from Pradera Real Estate, a UK-based fund manager, where she was responsible for business development and investor relations in Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Pradera, she was vice-president at JER Partners, based in their London office, capital raising for the company’s various opportunistic fund offerings. Ibtissem began her career in property business development in 2003 at the placement agent Capital & Marketing Group, where she participated in raising over €6 billion of equity.

Ibtissem is a dual British and Tunisian national, a native French and Arabic speaker and holds a master’s degree from the University of London and a degree in real estate economics and finance from London School of Economics.
