James is a vice president at PGIM Real Estate. Based in London, James is responsible for European senior debt origination. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2018, James was an associate at Concorde Capital, working across both debt and equity real estate transactions in Europe.
Prior to Concorde Capital, James worked within JLL’s Corporate Finance team, advising on debt capital raising for European real estate transactions.
James holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Finance.
