Jason Miller is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Arlington, Virginia, he is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to the firm’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities.
Jason has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including considerable experience in originating loans, underwriting and asset management and servicing. Jason was appointed as director in 2011. Prior to that appointment, he was an investment associate. Before joining the company in 2010, he was a director at Johnson Capital Group and a Freddie Mac seller and servicer from 2002 to 2010. Jason began his career at Arthur Andersen as an auditor of Freddie Mac.
Jason has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Washington and Lee University.
