PGIM Real Estate Loan Officer
Jeff Devens is a vice president at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Arlington, Jeff specializes in the company’s affordable and workforce housing programs. He is responsible for structuring and managing direct loan originations throughout the United States, with a particular focus on the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Prior to joining the originations group in 2017, Jeff spent eight years as an underwriter in the affordable group at PGIM Real Estate. He has extensive experience with low-income housing tax credit, Section 8 housing, tax-exempt bonds and various forms of public and private subordinate financing. His extensive time in both the originations and underwriting groups allows Jeff to bring a unique dual perspective to transactions.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
