Jeff Goodman is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Chicago, Jeff is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and Structured investors, including Prudential’s General Account, and the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. Jeff focuses on clients throughout the Midwest.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Jeff was an executive director for Wells Fargo within the Corporate and Investment Bank's commercial real estate group. Jeff led balance sheet originations including Term, Bridge, Construction, and Lines of Credit in the Midwest for private real estate companies, opportunity funds, public and private REITS, and real estate developers.
Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jeff is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.
