Jeff Jacobs is a vice president and the chief legal officer at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Atlanta, GA, Jeff is responsible for the oversight of delivery of essential legal services across PGIM Real Estate globally through both in-house and external resources. He is a member of the Global Management Council and the Global Operational Risk Committee.
Prior to this role, Jeff was the head of Legal, Global Debt & Agriculture for PGIM Real Estate with legal oversight over the company’s debt and agricultural businesses and loan servicing.
Jeff joined PGIM Real Estate’s Law Department in 2004 and has participated in numerous business lines, initiatives and countless transactions during his tenure with PGIM.
Prior to joining PGIM, Jeff was an associate at the law firm of Alston & Bird LLP.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and received his law degree from Emory University. Jeff is a member of the Georgia Bar.
