Jeffrey Gnoinski is a vice president at PGIM Real Estate and a member of the Human Resources team. Based in Newark, New Jersey, he is responsible for the human resources functions for PGIM Real Estate’s businesses globally. Jeffrey is also a member of the Global Management Council.
Previously, Jeffrey led the human resources functions for PGIM Real Estate’s Americas platform. Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Jeffrey served as director of Human Resources for The Rohatyn Group, a multi-billion dollar emerging markets alternative asset manager. Earlier, Jeffrey was vice president and head of Human Resources for Atticus Capital, a multi-billion dollar long/short equity hedge fund. Prior to Atticus Capital, Jeffrey held Human Resources generalist roles with Barclays Capital and with Morgan Stanley, where he began his career.
Jeffrey received his bachelor’s degree in management from Lehigh University.
