PGIM Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Jeremy Keenan is a managing director with PGIM Real Estate, based in Newark, New Jersey. He is currently a portfolio manager for the commingled U.S. Core and Core Plus Debt Funds and is responsible for managing all aspects of the funds, including portfolio strategy, investment selection, operations, balance sheet management, asset management oversight and investor relations.
Jeremy has wide-ranging experience, having served in various roles since joining PGIM Real Estate in 2011. Before assuming his current portfolio management responsibilities, Jeremy lead the asset management team for the seven million square foot New York metro area office portfolio on behalf of PGIM Real Estate’s equity funds, where he had oversight of asset and leasing strategy for the portfolio.
He also served as the Chief of Staff for the Transactions group for the real estate equity business where he was integral to the management and operations of the team responsible for over $9B of average annual transactions (acquisitions and sales).
Jeremy also held various portfolio management roles, including as senior portfolio manager for a $2B+ single client account and as assistant portfolio manager for PRISA, PGIM Real Estate’s flagship core open-ended commingled real estate fund.
Before joining PGIM in 2011, Jeremy was an attorney in the real estate department of the New York office of Jones Day, specializing in real estate transactions and real estate private equity funds.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hamilton College and a J.D. from Cardozo Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
