Jesse Bostwick

Jesse Bostwick is a senior executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in London, he leads the originations and transactions effort for PGIM Real Estate’s European value add and high yield debt strategies, primarily focused on and attached to the PRECap debt fund series. 

Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2014, Jesse was an associate at GE Capital Real Estate, working across the debt and equity businesses in the UK office. 

Earlier in his career as an investment professional, he also worked at U.S. investment banks Citi and J.P. Morgan, always in a European context, and crossing debt and equity.

Jesse holds a master's degree in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge after undertaking his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania (and graduating with a bachelor’s degree in economics). He also holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Warwick.
