Juergen Helm is an executive director and head of European senior debt originations at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Frankfurt, Juergen is responsible for loan originations across key European markets on behalf of PGIM Real Estate’s institutional investors.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Juergen was head of real estate Germany at HSBC. During his time at HSBC, Juergen focused on financing of large real estate transactions within Continental Europe and the advising of large German real estate clients on all type of capital market products (including M&A, equity capital market and debt capital market).
Earlier in his career, he was head of structured real estate finance at SEB Germany and held real estate loan originations roles at HypoVereinsbank and at Dresdner Bank.
Juergen holds a Betriebswirt degree in Banking from School of Finance Frankfurt (former Bankakademie).
