Lauren Wainer is an investment vice president at PGIM Real Estate and member of the Defined Contribution Practice. Based out of Newark, New Jersey, Lauren is responsible for portfolio analytics, client relations and has oversight of fund operations.
Before joining the Defined Contribution team, Lauren was vice president of U.S. and LatAm Investor Services for PGIM Real Estate. She spent five years providing support to current and prospective clients. In addition to investor services, she was a business liaison for technology initiatives as well as operational support to the Product Development team.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Lauren was a manager in PGIM operations for 12 years. She has an extensive background in financial regulatory reporting as well as project management of custom client portfolio onboarding. Lauren has led several system integration projects across multiple legal entities within PGIM.
Lauren has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Seton Hall University. She is also a member of the Women’s Leadership Network and PGIM Mentoring Program.
