Luke McCarthy is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate's Agricultural Finance Team. In this role, he is responsible for originating and managing large farm, ranch and agribusiness loans in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Luke served as VP Syndications Officer at Rabobank where he was responsible for Loan Syndications and Capital Markets activity for the farm and agribusiness portfolio. Luke structured, originated and led multi-bank transactions for large farmers and vertically integrated agribusinesses across the United States.
Luke graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management with a specialization in Finance. He also earned a Master's in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Masters in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
Luke was raised on a pear and apple orchard in Oregon's Hood River Valley and currently lives in the Hood River area with his wife Caitlin and their daughter Piper.
