Musie Bocrezian

Musie Bocrezian is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate and head of  Italy transactions. Based in Milan, Musie will be in charge of sourcing and executing investment opportunities and growing of the business in the country.

Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2020, Musie was an investment director at Fortress Investment Group, responsible for the sourcing and execution of value-add and opportunistic deals for the real estate business.

Previously he has been for 4 years a director at Kryalos Group (Blackstone italian operating partner) based in Milan, where he was in charge of acquisition and asset management duties, and played also a relevant role in the acquisition of the fund management business.

Before assuming this role, Musie spent 7 years at GE Capital Real Estate, initially in the acquisition team and ultimately becoming the italian asset management team leader.

Prior to that he worked in the assurance and transaction service department in PwC, always with a focus on real estate mandates.

Musie graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration.

Musie is fluent in Italian and English as well.
