PGIM Real Estate Global Head of Core Debt Strategies
Sara Trybus is a managing director with PGIM Real Estate and currently serves as global head of Core Debt Strategies. Based in Chicago, Sara oversees the Firm’s investment grade investment activities in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific, with a focus on expanding our core debt product offerings to meet evolving investor needs. Additionally, Sara oversees Core Debt Credit, Loan Servicing, and Special Servicing. She is a member of the Global Management Council, U.S. Executive Council, Global Debt Investment Committees, and the Global Investment Committee.
Sara joined PGIM in 2005. Before assuming her current role, she was Chief Credit Officer, responsible for sizing, pricing and structuring core debt investments globally. Prior to that she served as vice president and head of special servicing. In that role, Sara was responsible for managing problem loan resolutions and REO dispositions for various capital sources. Earlier, Sara originated mortgage loans with PGIM’s National Accounts group based in Chicago.
Prior to joining PGIM, Sara worked as a real estate attorney with DLA Piper’s Chicago office, and she previously served as corporate counsel for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Sara has a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and a juris doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
