PGIM Real Estate Vice President, Agency Financing
Scott Becker is a vice president with PGIM Real Estate. He supports the origination of permanent and construction financing for market rate multifamily, affordable housing and senior care properties throughout the United States. With 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Scott brings specialized understanding of FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan products among other sources of finance available in the capital markets.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Scott was a senior director of loan origination at Walker & Dunlop; where he spent eight years specializing in Agency finance, covering market rate and affordable properties, as well as licensed senior care facilities. Before then, Scott was a MAP-licensed underwriter and production associate at PGIM Real Estate, formerly Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where he began his career.
Scott has a demonstrated track record in underwriting, loan production and portfolio management with $2.5M Billion in team transactions closed.
A Colorado native, Scott graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration & Commercial Real Estate. He lives in Denver with his wife and two children.
