PGIM Real Estate Loan Officer
Sean Burke is a Senior Director with PGIM based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, Sean is responsible for originating and structuring multifamily affordable and conventional loans. Sean specializes in permanent, construction, forward and bridge debt financing products through FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and proprietary PGIM loan programs.
Since joining the company in 2017, Sean has assisted with the structuring of more than $3.5 billion in debt financing transactions.
Prior to joining PGIM, Sean worked at Citigroup as part of the Finance Analyst Program, supporting the Treasury and Trade Solutions and Controller organizations through financial planning and analysis.
Sean has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Elon University. Sean serves as Co-Chair of the Entryway Young Professionals Board in North Carolina, a mentor in the Urban Land Institute’s Etkin Scholars Program, and a member of the Charlotte ULI Emerging Leaders Forum.
