PGIM Real Estate Executive Director, Agricultural Finance
Sean Kolb is an executive director in PGIM Real Estate’s Agricultural Finance group. Based in Salem, Oregon, Sean is primarily responsible for agricultural loan origination for the western region of the U.S.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2024, Sean established a Pacific Northwest office at Tiverton Advisors, leading a team to $1B in transactions. Previously, with AgWest Farm Credit, he was responsible for the development of large scale vertically integrated agricultural borrowers with a secondary focus on wine and vineyards, leading the Wine Knowledge Team.
Sean has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the California State University Sacramento.
