Stephen Shaw is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate. In this role, he is responsible for originating loans for the company's general account, agency, and bridge/high yield products in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. Stephen is located in Arlington, VA.
Prior to relocating to Arlington, Stephen spent 4 years in PGIM Real Estate's Los Angeles office where he originated loans in southern California and the southwest. He joined the company in 2013 from INVESCO where he worked on acquisitions from opportunistic to core across all property types in southern California, Arizona and Hawaii. Before INVESCO, he worked in acquisitions and asset management for Greenlaw Partners, from 2010 to 2012. Stephen also worked in various roles at brokerage and property management firms, prior to, and while completing his master's.
Stephen received a Bachelor of Science degree in cognitive neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with concentration in finance and real estate, from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
