Tim DeWispelaere is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Arlington, Virginia, he is responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily mortgage products on behalf of the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA, with additional access to the firm’s proprietary capital sources and bridge loan capabilities.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Tim was senior vice president with KeyBank Real Estate Capital, there he served as senior mortgage banker. Prior to that, Tim spent nearly 7 years at Fannie Mae serving as senior asset manager and director, national account manager of Multifamily. Prior to that he held roles responsible for financial and asset management at Fortress Capital Investors, Monarch Capital and Great Atlantic Management.
Tim has a bachelor's degree in accounting from James Madison University and a master of business administration from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
