Tom Kirschner is an executive director and asset manager with PGIM Real Estate. Based in Orlando, Tom is an asset manager in the Agricultural Finance and Investments group, responsible for assisting all activities related to agricultural investments within the Eastern Region including strategy, acquisitions, asset management and dispositions on behalf of third-party institutional investors.
Before joining PGIM Real Estate, Tom served as an executive vice president and general manager of Cooperative Producers in Florida, where he managed 7,500 acres of citrus groves in Southwest Florida and oversaw the production, accounting and harvesting function and teams. Tom served in multiple roles for Cooperative Producers since 2004.
Prior to joining Cooperative Producers, Tom was a production supervisor for a 2,100-acre citrus grove for Evans Properties, Inc.
Tom has his B.S. in Citrus Business from Florida Southern College and serves on the Gulf Citrus Growers Association Board of Directors.
