Tommy Nance is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate. In this role, Tommy works with the chief operating officer and head of production of PGIM Real Estate’s Agency businesses to execute the business strategy of the FHA platform and oversee operations. He has oversight responsibilities for the FHA platform’s deal management, underwriting and closing departments. Tommy is located in Dallas, Texas.
Tommy joined PGIM Real Estate in 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry across the development, construction and lending sectors.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Tommy worked at TNG Construction as a senior project manager as well as Fischer & Company where he specialized in site location and build-to-suit development.
Tommy earned a bachelor's degree in real estate finance from University of North Texas and previously served as chair of the MBA’s FHA Servicer’s Committee.
