Tomo Ishikawa is an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Tokyo, Tomo serves as head of Senior Debt Originations - Japan.
In this role, Tomo is responsible for all yen-denominated origination activities in Japan.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in January 2009, Tomo was a senior vice president and the senior originator of Lehman Brothers’ CMBS team in Tokyo, from 2007 to 2009. Before joining Lehman, Tomo worked in the Real Estate Structured Finance groups at JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch, both in Tokyo. Earlier, Tomo worked for Nippon Life Insurance Company for 11 years. He was involved in Nippon’s U.S. real estate investment, including six years with the firm in Los Angeles and New York City.
Tomo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Waseda University.
