PGIM Real Estate Executive Director, Financing
Trevor Arnholt is an executive director and the head of Mid Atlantic & Southeast Debt Originations for PGIM's real estate business. Based in Northern Virginia, Trevor leads teams in the firm's Arlington, Virginia and Atlanta, Georgia offices, responsible for originating a broad range of multifamily and commercial mortgage products across Core, Core Plus, Agency, and Structured Debt strategies on behalf of PGIM's discretionary funds, separate accounts, and other institutional capital.
Trevor and his team work with institutional owners, operators, and intermediaries to provide financing solutions across the capital stack for multifamily and commercial real estate assets throughout the United States. Trevor and his team are also responsible for regional portfolio management activities.
Since joining PGIM in 2013, Trevor has participated in more than $15 billion of total production volume across all major property types, capital sources, and market cycles. Prior to relocating to Northern Virginia, he spent eight years in the firm's Dallas and Atlanta offices.
Trevor holds degrees in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Mortgage Bankers Association, and CFA Society.
