Josh Culpepper is an executive director in PGIM Real Estate’s Agricultural Finance group. Based in Orlando, Josh is responsible primarily for agricultural lending origination and operations throughout the Eastern region of the U.S.
Josh joined PGIM Real Estate in 2010 as a director, a position he held until he was appointed executive director in June 2016. He was previously with SunTrust Bank, from 1999 to 2010, where he held various management, commercial underwriting and lending roles, including as vice president and relationship manager of the agribusiness banking group from 2007 to 2010.
Josh has a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business and economics from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He is also a Class IX graduate of the Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources. Josh is a member of the Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association, Florida Citrus Mutual, the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association and the Georgia Pecan Growers Association.
