Bill Engelking is a Managing Director focused on Corporate Mezzanine. Prior to this role, he was the Executive Managing Director of the Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, and New York Global Corporate Finance offices, overseeing the private placement and mezzanine investment activity in those regions. He joined PGIM in 1997. William received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison’s School of Business.
