Ty Bowman is the Managing Director for PGIM’s Real Assets – Power group, located in Dallas. He oversees the private placement activity of PGIM’s power projects, utilities, and electric cooperatives. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Director, leading a team responsible for marketing, originating, and managing investments in structured and corporate finance for electric utilities, power cooperatives, and power projects based in Western US, Latin America, and Australia. He joined PGIM in 2006. Ty received a BBA from Texas Christian University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
