Our Partnership

We developed a project-based partnership, focused on predictive analytics with the Data Science Institute at the University of Chicago. We are working with academics and research bodies alike to develop systems to support future investment and asset management decisions. Our aim is by combining our commercial real estate subject matter expertise and pioneering new predictive analytics we can aim to tackle some of real estate's most challenging problems.
